Yea, my thoughts exactly my proposal is thus..reply to my PMs no later than 5pm today, £10.00 refund and I'll keep them with Positive FB for him....if an impasse is reached I'll ask EB to step in..

if a case does get opened,dont close until it's fully resolved,it's a royal pain if you do and it doesn't go as agreed.

Those are misdescribed 'new' means unused, perhaps not in original packaging but unused.
Those are 'used' maybe 'good condition' but not new.
Discount sounds a good idea otherwise I'd return them.
