Dash Issues neutral in hiding

Good evening,

I am looking to see if there is anyone here had this dash error.
The gear indicator vanishes - keeping you guessing, and the bottom pic show that even the mode has gone, keeping it intersting.

At one point my dash did go black and lots of white writing appeared on the screen with a padlock picture - no idea what the words said as I was progressing down a lovely bendy road.




Anyone had this?

Check your battery terminals are nipped up. And that the dashboard is plugged in properly.

Done that t first, and since then its been into the dealership twice with a dash update too.. and still happened.

Its going back in tomorrow though... again ..

Have them try a different gear sensor. Alpha sell a better one so I assume some have been problematic
