Guys what procedure does anyone follow re tyre pressures, do you check pressure whilst the warmers are on, is there any point in taking the readings cold ?.. sure I asked this but can't find the post..


Any help would be appreciated..

Follow the tyre manufacture guidance for use of tyre warmers. You will find them all listed as stickies within the ?Racing & Pit Lane? section.

For example Metzeler recommend using tyre warmers for 50 minutes at 80?C for their Racetec RR tyres. After that check the tyre pressures are within the stated operating range and adjust if needed.
 
So far, I forgot my glasses and can't see shit, and my big purple fuel container too ffs !... luckily the guy next to me offered me some, so I'll nip down at lunchtime and fill his container up...

Straight line braking is awesome, hard on the gas on that big left hander the bike is rock solid..

I'm running the ryres at 30/32 the wear looks OK i think

These power cups are super sticky and give me loads of confidence

Road tires based tires id be inclined to set cold and heat them.

Wets set cold and set to 40 degrees heat

Race tires heat for 30-40 mins then set the pressures
