I'm having troubles removing air from the coolant system.

I run bike cold with radiator cap off and when engine reaches around 90C water starts to come out.
Is this normal? Do I just repeat this until it doesn't?

Coolant system is pressurized. Thus without the cap it ejects. You need to put it on, run the engine, elevating the radiator isn't a bad idea. But the overflow tank will need to be watched and filled as needed.

I think my mistake was to run until 90C instead of until when thermostat opens. I will repeat tomorrow

It's none issue. I'm just overly sensitive.

But it was damn hot, oil on track is 96C!
