    Yea, but it wasn't me who didn't, race mechanic did.

    He called BMW shop and they explained the procedure to him, but as I understood more or less yes.


    Btw, looking at the washer I feel it's not enough torque on bolt issue, rather than failed washer.

    Apparently it's a common issue known to BMW who will be replacing tensioner bolt and washer. Some people had it leaked 4 times.

    Need to be careful as if camshaft is between positions it can jump when you take the tensioner out.
    Speed doesnt kill, its how fast you stop.......
