Hi all,


Does anyone have the long rear engine mount bolts for a 2010-2013 lying around spare?


I'm going from threaded to unthreaded rear engine mounts (installing an Gen 1 engine in a gen 2 frame) so need the older long bolts to finish mounting and the only breaker who had them has lost them between me ordering them getting posted... d'oh!

BMW have no stock (back order)...
 
After searching in vain for a couple of days I have given up and helicoiled the mount points to match the frame spec.

Problem solved!

Thanks mate,

Some guy offered me the parts from South Africa and I needed them a little faster than that ;)

About 4 other offers fell through (not including you!) so I just thought F it and helicoiled the block to match the gen 2 frame :D
