Have you managed a run out yet with the exhaust on? How's it running?

Yes, I did a 60 miles round trip yesterday to my mate who has the GS-911 tool.. no issues that I could tell other than the noise increase and the bangs and pops.... delivery seemed very smooth where I could test it, but with dodgy brakes, I was fairly good on the A3, M25 and M40.

Without doubt that sensor has been brushing the ABS ring, thats where that swarf has came from, if you zoom in on the images you can clearly make out the scuff mark's on the ring, that small semi circular plastic part looks like it came off the plastic shroud/mount of the sensor.

As long as the sensor is picking up all should be OK if you put everything back in place correctly.

The gap on my sensor I would say is about 3-4 mil..

you might need to look at the captive nut in the botttom of the fork leg, apparently it can be positioned incorrectly

I?m guessing the 2 red ones will always show as the server cable has been removed
