Hi all, happy owner of a Gen3 for a week now, first sports bike and have fallen in love already. Have ridden a Street Triple R, R80, R9T, SR400 over the years and nothing?s put a smile on my face like this. Love wasting weekends tinkering so looking to see what other have done with their Gen3s

Black 2018 with performance pack- looking forward to popping in the slick plug and getting stuck into the settings this weekend

Daily short-ish London commute with a long blast out of town most weekends. Will probably do my first track day once things open up again.

Looking at a new slip on silencer, upgrading the rear sets and levers and fitting rad guard and crash protection. Any advice on those or any other must-have upgrades / add-ons welcome!
