Torque for lever bolts

I can't recall the proper name for these bolts, but I'm referring to these:

That's the brake side, but also the clutch side has similar.

Anyway, I want to angle the levers down a bit from their default position. Does anyone know what I need to torque these back up to? I couldn't see it covered in the owners manual.

As an aside, I don't suppose there is a 2020 workshop manual for download somewhere?
 
I'd just nip them up with a 3/8 ratchet, you'll know when they're tight just by feel.

Yeah, although it's hard to move the throttle side much due to the ride by wire cable being in the way. It could be re-routed a bit, but that would involve cutting some cable ties.

The clutch side can be changed without issues (subject to clearance with tank and fairing of course)
