Goldfren s33, still reccomended as standard pad replacement?

Brilliant pads use them all the time on my track bike as well as my road bike. I have no issues with the anti squeal shims being in either. The only binding issue I had many moons ago was with non genuine levers from Ch Ch Ch China I had to modify the lever
 
Mines was fully standard, still not really sure of the issue, but deffinatly feel OK so far and no binding.
 
After reading all he posts half seam to say yes and half seam to say no for goldfren s33 pads..... think I'll give them a go and see for myself
 
Tbh I tjikk mine are OK, haven't been near a track with them yet, but I'm not sure if I don't trust them due to the issues I had in this post
