Last week I saw an ad on the book of faces to win a Skyline GTR r32. And thought, hmmmm, I know of a fellow that won one of these competitions a few months ago, and got himself a MK2 escort rally car.

Did a bit of research on the company, and seemed genuine, and paid 20 quid for a ticket. Limited to 1750 tickets.

I NOW OWN A SKYLINE!!!!! To say I'm well chuffed is an understatement!

Never entered this type of thing before, and don't think I've ever won anything at all. I'm well chuffed, the car is worth a lot of money if I decide to sell it, but think I'll keep it and relive my 20s, when I had an R33 GTST model.

Awesome!!! Love a tidy R32. Full GTR? Get to the GTR forum and see if you can work out its history (quietly at first).

What's under the hood?

I'm really looking forward to getting it home and giving it a full going over. It's down in Norwich, but hopefully getting it delivered to Glasg in the next few days.

Already registered on the GTR forum Alex, so far nobody saying they know the car. It's only been in UK for 18 months, and looking at MOT history, done less than 1000 km.

Yep, full RB26 twin turbo GTR ??????

According to the few details I have, it putting out just over 400bhp. Has some slightly upgraded turbos and exhaust/filters. Possibly a boost controller also, as the power quoted says on low boost...

One of the first jobs will be to try getting it dyno'd to ensure the fueling is safe on it.

No way thats awesome! I used to compete in an R32 GTST.

Crowd in northern Ireland gives away tons of cars.

R kings. I know one fella who won a evo.

Lots of Cork lads seem to win

Seems to be big business, running these raffles. This is the 10th Skyline this crowd have given away, and 3rd in a row to be sent to Scotland.

I live on a small island, and this is the 5th car to come to the island in as many months, that I know of.

When you do the sums, these companies must make a good profit, but will be a matter of time before the scammers get involved and ruin it for everybody.

That's how I thought I'd look in my R33 GTST when I bought it. It lasted 24 hours before it was parked up waiting on a new rear wish bone ??????

If this is anything like the 33 I had, I can see me spending a few quid on getting it up to stupid power and keeping it for a long time. Just need to sell my VR6 to free up some space. Or get a bigger garage.

Bodywork looks in brilliant condition, thought you might have included "tits oot fer the lads" shots ?

That garage looks as though it was put up by a world class builder Kenny.. very nice indeed !..
