Gen 3 akro exhaust fitment on a gen 2

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has any experience with fitting a gen 3 exhaust to a gen 2? 2012 model in particular. Basically I have been offered a gen 3 Ti akropovic system but I’m trying to find out what needs to be done to make it fit?? Cheers. Ash

You would need new header flanges as the flanges are larger on the gen2.

Hi Baz, thanks for your reply! So if I was to source a set Akro flanges for a gen 2 do you know if that would be enough to bolt them straight on or does any work need to be done to the headers themselves to make them fit? Thanks again
