Yes its been crap for months.
Hints:
1. if you change from wifi to 3/4g or visa versa close the app and reload it.
2. Clear the cache. In android settings > apps > tapatalk > storage.

Cleared cache on 4g.. reloaded, just same..guessing it's further upline... I've never known it this bad... dial up...the memories !
