Leaky forks?

I don’t think that’s anything to worry about, doesn’t look like a leak to me.

I believe grease is applied when the seals are first installed, so I would imagine this will decrease over time

I did clean it off a few days ago, but it reappeared. Just wanted to check in with people on this board before I harass my dealer.

I suppose I can mention it at my 1000km break in service.
 
Hot weather will make the assembly grease run.
As above probably nothing to worry about - and it's under warranty :p
 
My new M’s got the same issue noxx, same concerns as you - I’ll be asking them when it goes in for it’s 1st service on Wednesday. Not convinced the seals aren’t failing 🤔
 
It’s not an issue. Had it on my previous RS. When I got the dealer to check they said it was normal, it’s the grease they use during assembly. My RR is doing it as well now.
 
Dealer confirmed what many of you said before. It's factory grease and that leaks out when hot. Absolutely normal with new BMW machines and it will stop after a while.
