Hi guys. Dims say 56x45x25 cms so a lid doesn?t fit and it?ll get trashed in the hold. What do you lot do?
T?internet says not a drama
Anyone ever worn it as a hat? [emoji1787]

I've carried a lid as hand luggage on BA & Iberia flights without issues. It fits easily in the overhead bins & takes up less space than a case of 'regulation' size. Not tried with budget airlines, but worth taking as your only hand luggage & giving it a try. If you get stuck you could always try the 'hat trick'.

Went 20-30 times with helmet and a cabin luggage, no issues at all.

But hey, it's easyJet, if ground personnel don't like you, they can easily ask to put a helmet in carry on, as only one item is allowed.

Occasionally I use their new service and check-in carry on for 4gbp. They also give you priority boarding when you do that.
