K&N for me due to longevity and fitment. Minimum gains surely to be made from an air filter.
 
yep, doubt you would notice unless the old one was very dirty! having said that just swapped the filter in my mx5 for a K&N and it seems the throttle response is crisper, the old one wasn't horribly dirty or a genuine mazda one, but seems to be a noticeable improvement. (still way less power than the BM, but the passenger accommodation is way better!)
 
Funny thing happened today I was told to stretch my sprint filter by carbon conquest which I sent it back too who were then in contact with sprint as apparently it?s designed to do this to make sure you get a tight seal as it?s a ?special? silicon, well I got it back today had a stretch and!!

Fantastic it?s now fit for the bin.
Sticking with standard filter from now on.
