What?s the average depreciation on new bikes from new to 4 years old?

Obviously mileage and condition make a difference but let?s say bike is kept immaculate and the mileage is no more than 3k per year, so 12k roughly over the 4 years.

For example a new bike at a rough price of 18-20k.....

About 25 -30% at a guess

4 years...50% imo
The insurance company paid me 10k this yr for my 4 yr old gen 2 with average miles. I'm not 100% what they retailed at in 2014 with everything it had from bmw but in guessing 15?

Maybe, the Gen3's just seem to be in free fall :/

Someone was having a laugh, I traded my mint '64 plate gen3 Sport in a year ago for ?10k in totally standard trim, bought for ?15k in Feb'15 so ?5k loss over 2.5 years, but it needed a service and a new pair of tyres (?500ish) so I reckoned that wasn't a bad price.
