I had to take the road bike on track last night and never adjusted the suspension, rode all the way there, then had to ride home. Tbh, the suspension was fine until I started to push a little so kept the pace where it wasn?t a huge issue.
but, in case I ever take it back on for whatever reason what settings do you guys run or have ran before?
current settings are off the top of my head
front 6/6 for both
rear it?s low speed 7, high speed 8 and I think rebound is at 6
I?m roughly 90kg just now.
