Yea deffinatly thought about yoga must look into it.

I can definitely vouch for Yoga. I do muscles work and cardio a lot but Yoga is another level. Its flexibility, strength, muscle control and breathing control all in one. And what?s good about it is every Yoga session you do an all round body workout, even working muscles that normal gym workouts done touch [emoji1474]

Gonna give some youtube yoga a go here before the weeks out to see how i get on...Must close the blinds tho. Haha
 
Book yourself in for some classes mate I do around 5 classes a week. 2 boxing, 2 circuits and a mixed with 30 mins abs.

I watched a yoga programme on ch4 a few weeks ago looked well difficult imo take a few years to get to the level these chicks n guys were at..very impressive..I,ll switch to yoga sometime as my knees are on the road out...classes at your local gym would be so beneficial.
