I have to say those stickys saves me every race and track day. Thanks for the effort.

I could swear I screenshot then about 40 times but can never find them

Yes, they are a starting point. From the manufacturer, which has to be better than most advice [emoji4]

Track temp, air temp, tyre marks should all be used and monitored. Using them to guide adjustments.

Best advice I can give you on track is to go have a word with the tyre guy, he gave me my staring point and I donated to his charity.

Then from their, you will become to notice when you need to drop your tyre pressure by riding.

Fit instance when I ride Rockingham I noticed my rear was getting a beating but the front wasnt (low speed but high acceleration out of corners) put extra 2psi on the front and drop the rear 2psi
