Just to ask a question on tyre wear, if you come off track and see that wear would you adjust rebound/compression to dial out the leading and trailing edge of the tread or is that acceptable (is the front edge chamfered?) . And if you did try and dial it out would we as mere mortals notice any difference?

You will always see that on treaded tyres it?s the carcass flex as it opens up the groves. Its normal in my view.

If it comes in and out around the tyre then that?s damping as the load of tyre is varying.

To see if your tyre load if changing due to damping you would see the side wear as a wavey wear pattern around the tyre as you rotate it.

Looks fairly normal to me.

My bike is set up right and has the correct springs.

Ignore the blueing it had been in a cold garage.

Expect a bit of damage around the thread cut but not a huge amount.
