Gents.
I'm doing the KTM MX day at Shoreham tomorrow with some mates. One of them has broken his arm (not on a bike) and there's now a spare ticket. 185 of your earth pounds.
Cheers
Hugh

Hope you and your friends have a great day tomorrow Hugh, look forward to hearing all about it! [emoji16]

Where do I get these earth pounds?

Have fun none the less :p

Have a great day Hugh, the weather looks fantastic for you. You'll come back feeling like a teenager and wake up tomorrow like "Oh, Arrgh, Feck me" like you've done ten rounds with Tyson (Yes I'm old).

Want to see some pics of your beaming smile all covered in mud.

Enjoy.

Motocross Yesterday

Thanks lads. Had a great time. Sunny and dry, which meant no mud :-(
We were on 250, 350 and 450 fourstrokes, so the bikes were nice and easy to use.
Overall, fantastic fun, I love the lairyness of no grip, but not at speed and I definitely ain't a jumper yet.
There was a bit of piss taking about us oldies being timid, but none of us crashed unlike the other groups. The crashers looked VERY uncomfy afterwards, unlike trackdays where it seems the usual injuries are pride, fairings and kitty litter up yer crack.
My MX scaredy-ness is a function knowing quite a few MX'ers who've broken an arm or collar bone over the years compared to track-day injuries. Too much thinking Hugh...

Sobering moment:
16 year old lad rolled up during the lunch break on his 125 two stroke. Knocked out 30m long jumps, f*ck knows how high. Gives exactly the same feeling when a kid on a supersports shows you a clean pair of heels at track day.
