Don't recall ever having a smooth delivery from my Local Stoke chemical lane branch, the last excuse was they didn't know where I lived FFS.Took 3 weeks to get that one from them. I went through a stage of asking my suppliers which courier they used before I ordered anything lol.
I suspect this time the item has been damaged and that's why no attempt has been made to deliver it since it arrived at my local depot, or any further progress updates have been updated on the tracking site. It's a DPF for my vehicle, they still charge you for this poor service, never been offered a refund for my next day service that never happened.
