I'm 84kg without gear am I too light for stock springs so?

They will be ok for track, little stiff for the road.
I'm 89Kgs and run 10nm, they are a little soft under heavy braking, they work out at .375nm lower than stock.

You need to weigh yourself with kit as without it the measurement is largely irrelevant.
