Quick question to ask if anyone has had any success cleaning their radiator and oil cleaner, mines quite grubby, obviously not loosing sleep over it as it all works OK. Can't decide if I could spruce it up a little, or cover it up with a protector.. Thoughts?

Protectors are a must have imo. I have used a toothbrush and vac to gently clean up the fins when stripping it down each winter.

ACF 50 is quite good for cleaning and protecting the radiator/oil cooler.

My experience with guards is mixed, yes the protect from stones and other debris but if you ride in all conditions, then the space between the guard and the radiator will get full of road muck and rot your radiator. I remove mine every few months over the winter for cleaning.

I have an EvoTech one and the paint has also come off where the wheel sprays the guard. Not a massive issue and probably fine if you don't ride in all conditions.
