Hi, can anybody give me any info on what the numbers 133/55/95 on my Extreme Racing Shox rear spring relate to please and whether I would need to change it. I'm 82kg and the chap I bought it off was 104kg but having read a thread on here, the spring isn't always required to be changed based on rider weight, it could be based on rider style.

I am 85kg's (90 kitted). I used a 9.0kg/mm in my Bitubo for road comfort.
