Before you decide have a look at the ventura luggage amazing bit of kit,fits with no drilling just bolts on and does not damage any paintwork on the bike you can see what it looks like on the bike if you go to the ventura website. :) :) :) :)

I have the helibars on mine like fatbob this transforms this bike so much more comfortable, Bahnstormer alton have just fitted some Schinitzer bars to a friend of mines new S1000 the bike does look superb with these bars on, but i've not seen him yet to ask how comfortable they are when riding...
