Cleaning the screen without a screen protector without it going streaky is hard work. With a screen protector is trivial. When I worked as a valeter at a Motorrad dealer we used to use a small amount of BMW bike and body shower gel and a clean microfibre cloth to clean unprotected screens.

The Bahnstormer Blue Fire Gen 4 was originally red. Can't remember how much it cost or where it was done, but the original parts were painted. In the menu, on the left hand side it shows the current status. On the right hand side there is a right arrow pointing towards what the status will change to if you move the jog wheel to the right.

They appear to be rebranded SW Motech Blaze panniers. I had that system on my Gen 3 - with pillion pegs. The brackets bolted between the pillion peg hangers and the frame, with longer bolts than the original pillion peg hanger bolts. I would be surprised if this system did not allow for pillion...

IMHO the biggest issue with lean angles, for newer or more cautious riders, is being comfortable with leaning the bike as far as you need it to lean in order to make the corner or avoid whatever obstacles might otherwise somewhat ruin your day. Any fule kno that, on good tyres on a good road...

A tracker ought to be difficult to locate/access, so the first issue would seem to be finding the damn thing.

Can't get a charger as in bike is stored somewhere without mains? https://www.optimate.co.uk/products/optimate-dc and a big leisure battery (leisure batteries cope better with being discharged, but struggle to provide the current to start a car engine).

Pillion pack or seat cowl? N.B. The performance pack Alex mentioned is an option on the Sport - the MSport has all that and the carbon wheels.

Connecting a 5v device to a switched 12v source is perfectly safe as long as you do not turn on the ignition. Or if the battery is very, very flat.

AFAIK alarms can be retrofitted (or removed), but that does not appear to be the issue. The lead time for a bike built to order would not increase because an option was not selected. However, if there is a bike already built and available which has an alarm already fitted, ordering one built...

I've no idea how long it took for my plate to be delivered - ordered it to be delivered to my father's house in Cornwall during lockdown. I know that Bahnstormer Maidenhead did have 1 gen4 tank bag in stock, because I got it. Still waiting for the BMW engine protectors I ordered about a year ago.

I get the same sometimes - if I turn off my headset and turn it back on again the music is playing.
