I use a CTEK for the HP4 and Optimate for my Ducati 998, with charging connectors permanently in place. Never had any problem with either.

I'm getting the upgrade when the bike is in for service at the weekend. I hope I never need it, but I'd rather have it there just in case.

I've got R&G radiator and oil cooler guards on mine. Excellent quality and didn't have to worry about fitting as the dealer did it. ;)

Bought an HP4 Carbon a few weeks ago, which I'm loving even although it's still running in. I also have a Ducati 998 that I've owned since it was new. :courage:
