    2012...crash [email protected] bungs fit...hp4....

Hi Gary, R&G do 2 options of crash bungs. Cheapest option requires cutting the right hand fairing panel (Rather you than me). I bought and fitted the more expensive option that requires no alterations to the fairing panels. They fit well and look ok. Fitted GB Racing engine covers also as I will...

    Hp4 abs

I believe it will be available after October at a cost of around ?350. I am not aware of it being operational in rain and sport modes only though it is supposed to be for road use!! I would hope that it would work on track as that's where it's most likely to be needed.

    Average age of riders here

The great thing about riding motrcycles is that no-one worries about your age. You can be 30 and riding a Fazer (nothing wrong with Fazers) or 57 and riding a HP4. The whole love of bikes and biking is that it brings everyone together, men and women, older and younger with one mutual and very...

    Hello from me in Surrey

Hi Coolbiker. Great choice. It's just an amazing bike. Fastbikes gave the crown to the Aprilia RSV4 which is a very good bike. My son has one and having ridden it a few times I can't see how it's better than the HP4.....except the noise it makes which is awesome. When do you expect delivery?

    Paddock Stands? BMW?

I wanted paddock stands for my HP4 and chose to go for the Bike Tek front and rear. Both retail at about £65 and fit perfectly. The front stand supports in the holes at the bottom of the forks and the rear satnd supports on bobbins. I bought the Evotech bobbins specifically for the S1000RR and...

    Newbie from Essex

I bought the Evotech guards for radiator and oil cooler. They fit perfectly and look good. They utilise the existing cooler to radiator bolts and hook over the top of the rad and bottom of the cooler.

    Newbie from Essex

Hi Dave, Welcome to the forum. Great choice of bike. Picked my HP4 carbon up at the end of May and have done nearly 900 miles. It was great to get through the first service and have the full package available. It has silly power (as have the S1000RR's) so take it steady!! The only thing about...

Get what you pay for doh

I've fitted the Ecotech tail tidy to my HP4 and have to say it's very good. It fits a treat, easy to fit and looks great. Also fitted the Evotech radiator and oil cooler guards and they are brilliant, hooking over and under and bolting in the middle utilising the existing bolts.

    2014 HP4 Carbon reserved

I was lucky. I only waited 3 months for my HP4 carbon and that was only because someone had ordered it and then cancelled (Damn fool). I just happened to be in the right place at the right time. That was at DL Motorrad in Bristol too. I've got 520 miles on the clock now and will book it in for...

    HP4 Race Shift Conversion.

Hi Guys and Girls. I've taken delivery of my race shift conversion for my HP4 carbon. It appears that I have to cut back part of the carbon bellypan and drill for the new shift arm pivot. Has anyone any experience with cutting and drilling carbon, best method etc? If it was plastic or fibreglass...

    Had a test ride..

Just ordered shift change for mine Doc as I prefer race shift. When the first service is out of the way and the beauty has full chat then I'll have fun. The Ventura rack is a great bit of kit. I've got one for the Fireblade which is why it's coming to Spain with me again this year. Didn't see...

    Another rearsets question!

They look quality mate. I'll bet they're cheaper than the Gilles too!!

    Had a test ride..

Just over 330 miles now on my HP4 and the more I ride it the better it gets. The bike works so much better when ridden a bit harder though I'm still limited to the 9000 revs! You'l love the HP4 and will find it well worth the wait. Off to the North of Spain a week Sunday through the mountains in...

    My 1st BMW

Hi Doc, I fitted Venture Shield to the front and belly pan to protect that beautiful carbon from stone chips. I went for the Evotech radiator and oil cooler guards as they hook on and utilise the existing radiator to oil cooler attachment bolts. My track bike is a 4C8 R1 and is a great track...

    My 1st BMW

Hi Davy, The reasons why I didn't buy the Panigale are as follows : When the salesman started the demo bike it smoked heavier than I do and was very noisy. When I started reading up on it I found a write up from a guy who was selling his and stated that he would include a litre of oil as it...
