It can be flashed, RS2E does it for example. But apparently has the months go by, BMW introduces new locks...- masterart

Speedometer 299 limit unlock?
Actually the limit can't be changed on the menus, I think alex got the question wrong. 299+ on the dashboard can only be done by programming one of the bikes modules.- masterart
