Thanks Felix for reply, I also took it to 2 dealers both said its fine , just paranoid. I am selling the bike dont wont to sell it with a time bomb. Both dealers were bmw specialist. My jap bike is so silent compared to, it drives me nuts. I had a full on before thats why I could listen to it...

My bike has 25000km that oil was in for about 6000km

Changing my oil I noticed some metal filings on the oil bolt is this normal ? Here some pics. My bike is 2012 RR with 25000km

Maybe could be something related to TPS, try a rapid bike or PC so u cam acess TPS. Good luck

Took it to 2 dealers both said its normal noise most probably vibration from front exaust buterfly. How could i wire it open and see if noise stops ?

Yes all fails were from new bikes indeed , mine has 25000, what can make them fail any ideia ? I had the top cover removed at a dealer recently to check cilindre pressure all was good.

Did they actually fail ?

Does yours tick also ?

I ve heard about camshaft fails from 2015 2016 , mine is a 2012 with 25000km

Thanks for the welcome , I enjoy weekend trips nothing pro just high revs , I ve been a bike lover since a kid I have owned lots of bikes over the pasted years. Been with this RR for a year now and all good so far have clocked 5000 km with it.
