    Is this OK to use?

    My friends has sold his bike and palmed aload of oils on to me, one of which is a brand new 4ltr bottle of Castrol Power 1 Racing 10w 40. I know the manual recommends 5w40 but would this be OK? Thanks.

    24000 mile service.

    Hi Guys. Anyone know what is covered by BMW service @ 24,000 miles? My bike is currently at 26000 just wanted a quote from BMW for a service and the bloke said it depends if the 24k service was done so it would be between ?200 and ?350. Info on the net is little to none. Thanks.
