Thanks for the unbelievably informative replies. I'll chat with Jeffries in Shipley when I drop it off. I won't ever go back to the local dealer in Boldon Tyne and Wear Ian

    Battery and auto blipper

Disappointed to have to say the local BMW dealer who is supposed to be checking my 2020 Gen 4RR is the most unprofessional and uncooperative main dealer I've ever known. The auto blipper works intermittently (track use only for the bike) the dealer told me it worked fine between the forecourt...

    Brake issues

Thanks for that. I'm feeling a bit better now. The pads were around 1mm inside the wear bars. Are there any options to the SBS Dual Carbon Pads? Ian

    Brake issues

Hi, brake fluid hasn't been changed. Bikes done under 1500 miles. The brakes simply weren't there. The span adjuster keeps returning to 1? I have it set at 3 I'm just glad there is run off at the end of the Dunlop Straight (seriously) Ian

    Brake issues

Hi, can anyone recommend a master cylinder which will definitely improve braking? I had a scary experience at Donnington this week. Pads looked to be worn, however on closer inspection were still within wear limits. (SBS Dual Carbon as recommended to stop 'brake fade') PS I did two sessions then...

Hi everyone I hope you are all well and staying safe. Recommendations please for track day tyres? I usually balance cost against performance. Ian I'm doing my first 2020 day at Caldwell Park this Monday evening.
