    Video of London Bike Show

Other than owning the best bike I am also a volunteer for Riders for Health (the official MotoGP charity founded by Randy Mamola) who basically provide motorcycles and support for health workers in rural Africa. I produced a short vid of the show in general along with Riders involvement. You...

    Seat cowl

The rear cowl is a doodle to refit if you fit it at a 30 odd degrees angle from upright and rotate it down in one go. Same with removal - rotate up to 30 degrees before removing. Hope that helps :-)

    change of tyres

I'm loving the Rosso Corsa's too. I've just come back from a week long blast around the Cols in the French Alps and they were outstanding. Running 33/36 tyre pressures and standard 'sport' suspension settings G :)

    Operation Normandy

I hear they're really good and prob the best panniers out there. Got a friend with one on his Blade. In all honesty they do look bit shit though - lol ! But then I hate all panniers on a sports bike. Nice size Kriega rucksack whenever I go away, if it don't fit in I don't need to take it! Have...

    Which boots?

Sidi ST for me. The extra armour survived my big head-on that put me in hospital last year. They hit my bike, the front of a car and came down from above car roof level slapping both heels into the road hard. Barely a mark on them, bar the odd scuff and if they can survive that then I'm not...

    R & G REARSETS

Attack rearsets here too - the UK supplier can get them in around 7-10 days fromthe US if they're not in stock here. Probably the most adjustable rearsets you can buy with the ability to even alter lever length and swap footpeg sides for even greater adjustability. Very well engineered giving...

Almost lost the will to live

LOL - yep its a trial isnt it. I've spotted a couple of tiny bubbles but I'm not going to get hung up on it as you'd really have to know where to look to find them and they usually settle down once theyve been in the sun a bit I find. Anyhoo - those 2 little pieces, no idea either!! I'm...

Almost lost the will to live

Decided to do a full Ventureshield installation myself today as I'm pretty handy at doing my own graphics normally. I did all my own rally cars over the years but chuffing heck today was a bit of a slog! All done now though, thank feck but I can't help thinking I'm gong to dream about chasing...

    Calling all you carbon wh0re$

Ilmberger here too - very happy with the fit and finish of all the bits I got from them. Their race stuff is just as good quality as their road kit. I ordered directly from Germany - very good, fast communications from Nadine @ Ilmberger and quick delivery via DHL Having worked with carbon...

    Ilmberger Bellypan

Did you get the fitting kit too? Its 6 brackets but you only use 2 at the bottom of the frame if you're using factory side fairings. No need to make more holes as it sits over the original rad shroud 'V' piece, a good snug fit. I've got the same Ilmberger belly pan and it sits more than 1cm...

    Wind Deflectors/Winglets

    New exhaust

How do you find the quality mate? I was really torn between one of these and the Arcs by Austin Racing. Read too many negative posts about the general build quality and carbon going funny. Hope yours isnt obviously, but would be pleased to hear your initial thoughts. I went with the Arcs in...

    Anyone fitted Hid's?

Thinking about doing this soon. Just wondered who has done it before and what kit they bought. Also any advice on sidelights to match - have read that some LED W5W replacements run too hot and can melt the housing. Any can/bus considerations? Mines got to go back because of a 'lamp!' fault...

    Superman on a Superbike

Well ok let me introduce myself and explain the intro title. My name's Graham and my nickname since a kid has been Broady, hence the username. Last September I had a head-on accident on my R1 on a country lane and picked up some nasty injuries. Air ambulance, leathers cut off at side of road...
