I can vouch for S21s. Done 3 trackdays on mine so far and a bunch of road miles, loads of grip and plenty of life left. Granted they're not a full on track tyre but they have triple compound construction and I want a do it all tyre that won't square off in 600 miles of road riding, like the K3s do.

In 25 yrs of riding they haven't fell out or broken yet, I think it'll be alright :tennis:

I use copaslip on the caliper bolts, torqued them up as per the manual figures. Never had a problem with over tightening or stripping threads before.

I didn't think the gen 1 and 2 had launch control. My gen 2 definitely doesn't. The modes will changes if you shut the throttle on the move i.e. coasting

All bus lanes in Bristol are open for use to bikes. Shame about the blanket 20mph limit though

Nothing but good things to say about the set I had fitted a while back. They've done 3 trackdays and fair few miles on the road and still have loads of life left in them. I'll be getting another set after these are finished

I have a Gen 2 model, only had to adjust the chain twice maybe 3 times in nearly 9000 miles. The finish isn't the best but the strength of it seems fine to me.

I wear my dainese suit with the legs inside supertech boots with no bother.

525 would be 5/8" between chain pin centres, 2.5/8" between the insides of the chain plates (width). A 520 is a narrower chain (2/8") and would require you to change the sprockets to suit.

I've got S21s on mine and they feel like a really decent tyre. Not been on track or out in the rain on them yet but no faults so far. They do seem to have quite a flexible sidewall as the ride seems plusher than on the old tyres. Will report back after Oulton at the end of June.

I rode down a couple of years ago with a mate, you'll love it. Barcelona is a cracking city
