ive got the service plan which isnt exactly cheap and as far as i was aware would cover the valve check, however, as ive only done 7500 miles it wont be checked as its a mileage thing. surely to god im paying extra for that service to of been included, ill be taking this up with them when i go in

Called up to book mine in for a service and MOT and also been told it needs this recall doing. Make sure i get any of the last warranty work done now as its 3 years old in March.

My bike is in for a service and MOT in march, ill be telling them not to do any updates at all and if they do then they can pay for the map to be put back on.

I got a deal before Christmas with 20% off as it was his quiet time. Its usually 750 for the map I got which is the Woolwich one and his top one. Think rhe other map he does is about 600. Warranty wise. All you need to tell them is not to do any software updates. Just use an excuse for it...
