Not sure why brentune hasn't provided the actual RPM values at which these restrictions apply, surely that would have made more sense

Just had a call off my dealer, they've got a production date for my bike and are giving a delivery date of 26th June but say there's a good chance it'll come sooner,I ordered in January(base model) with a June 3rd delivery date, put back until October, then August now this new date.

Haha it'd be hard(impossible) to resist when you're stood in front of it and the sun is shining through the showroom window, I'm staying well clear too😂

I'm sure the ducati is an awesome bike but the thing that puts me off it is that I've spoken to too many people that have had the previous panigale and had lots of trouble with them and many trips to the dealer, the new v4 maybe better but having looked online at what a lot of owners say I'm not...

I'm having the same dilemma, my dealer has 28th August on his computer for my order, I still have my 2012 model but don't really want to use it having ordered my new one and should be selling it now it's coming into peak season. I don't want to be without a bike until the new one arrives though...

Looks awesome in red, better than motorsport in my opinion(in photos at least). This may have been asked before, but does anyone know why some of the red bikes have gold forks and some black?

It all sounds a right mess, especially for people that have already traded in bikes which have since been sold....i got offered my deposit back straight away so that shouldn't be a problem but I'm just going to hang fire for now.

I know that feeling, first ever brand new bike and its all gone tits up😭 If I find out anything else this week I'll post on here👍

The manager I spoke to said the parts supply issues were due to much higher demand for the new bike than anticipated, this wouldn't explain why a certain amount of new bikes weren't going out on time though🤔

Thanks Oli, No stand out experiences on my current bike, just love it every time I ride it😁 I'm probably the only person in the country to order the base model 2019,it has everything on it that I need, the only extra I paid for was riding mode pro. Bob.

Just to add to add to the thread, I ordered my new s1000rr around 6 weeks ago and was given a delivery date of June 3rd,i received a call yesterday saying that all orders were now put back to october/November due to parts supply issues(carbon wheels for M sport were one of the parts mentioned)...

Hi,having placed an order for a 2019 s1000rr a couple of months ago,I was given a delivery date of June 3rd,however yesterday I received a phone call saying that all orders have been put back to October /November this year. Has anyone else had any news about their delivery dates?
