It would be amazing to go sub 1?50??! I was on 44 rear gearing so fairly sure there was time just with a 45 which is better suited for the corner exits. I was going to try on day three but spooned it instead!

Helmet mount

Unfortunately the mivv can got a hole in maybe from my heel. This was a cheap carbon can that also got a hole in from my heel in a couple of days annoyingly hence the weird sound. I took it off altogether in the end before it fell apart.

I was lucky with the GoPro on the helmet. I have a sticky mount and use a lanyard onto my helmet strap. It?s definitely the best angle but I don?t get away with it very often.

Z04 usually last me three times as long as normal race pads so you?d probably get 10-12 days @carsonr6. The other thing worth mentioning is wear on the discs. The EBC pads are particularly aggressive on discs which are obviously very expensive. I?m sure they?d still last a year or two anyhow but...

I fancy moving forward offset clamps rather than the renthall screwon bars but the fork tubes are so soft on the BMW I'm not sure its a great idea. I had a low side last year and broke a screw on bar and can see where it's marked the tube. I reckon it would have damaged the tube if it was a clamp.

Do you have adjustable rearsets as well? I'd highly recommend looking at these as well as the bar adjustment since it changes your overall body angle on the bike. The BMW is quite an odd bike to get comfortable on and I needed to get adjustable rearsets, levers and have been considering offset...
