I have the Akrapovic GP short on mine, I also have the Titanium header/collector waiting to go on. I will probably buy a long can as well for UK trackdays, maybe a Pipewerx, the Titanium long can from Akrapovic is not available separately, I bought the can first and then the headers.

Interesting, but I think I will stick with my front mounted solution, as the Alpha one will surely reduce the steering lock significantly.

I always locktite my footrest fittings as well, to make sure they do not come loose.

That is a good setting, pretty much how I had mine for road use and then slick on track, when using slicks. You really don't want slick on the road, it makes the suspension much too hard and the traction control levels are unsuitable for road use, it's called slick for a reason.

Which model bike are you talking about? I have a new 2020 and I have an Akrapovic Evo header to put on when it is derestricted, I also have the Moto GP short can, there are no 'not for highway use' stickers on the exhaust, there was a little red sticker in the packaging but I binned that...

Those nylon screws are horrible, unless you get a very good fitting screwdriver, you will destroy the head. Good call to replace them with stainless fittings, where possible.

I fitted my 2D sensor on my Gen 4 last night, no need to make a bracket, I drilled and threaded my carbon fibre mudguard and used the stand off mount from the Gen 3 kit. The top mount can be re used, with a longer M4 x 25mm screw.
