Are those running 16 / 43 on a Gen 3 using a 118 link chain? Someone I was talking to recently that rode / won on a Gen 3 in BSB Superstock Thou said that wheelbase should be around 600mm. (at the moment mine with a 120 link chain and running 16 / 44 leaves me with a 615mm wheelbase)

It'll help but doubt it will get a 300m can to much below 105db without a baffle - no idea what it'd get down to with a baffle I'm afraid. A 450mm / 50.8mm tube MHP or Pipewerx is your best bet for around ?250 > ?300 depending on the model you pick.

Loud...........Someone I know got black flagged at Oulton with a can that size........my 350mm hex Akro won't pass the 102db test without a baffle and my 450mm MHP can tests at around 100db again with no baffle..........I'd expect that to be close / above 105db without a baffle.

Before I went the full K-Tech route, I took my forks to MCT and the change of springs / air gap made a big difference especially when I fitted the 2D Pot.

I've found the standard Gen 3 brakes very good but then I use either Z04s or SBS DSs pads which imho are the first things I'd try although they are more expensive than a Brembo RCS M/C.
