mine's a gen 1 with full akra, k&N, PCv and custom map from steve jordan, 198.5, compares with 175 and 165 on the same dyno for my GSXR 1000 k8 and k6 with cans and map

what sort of mileage had it done?

i've run the 190 and 200, not much difference i can see, certainly hasn't needed to go to the dealers, mostly running 200 now; 55 not 60. all hunky dory. run in slick mode most of the time so not relying on tc to do anything.

they will go off after a couple of minutes, (think the load isn't sufficient for the relay to switch off somehow)

me too, used ebay for rear, front is some other make with sound deadner and zvmx chain

wish my gen 1 had heated grips lik the gen 2, otherwise more than happy. rode gen 2 demonstrator and didn't seem much different. mind you i've also had demos on gen3 and 4 and apart from the obvious toys they were very similar to ride and i didn't feel the need to upgrade, mines got nearly...

36/36 or 30/30 on track, anywhere in between is fine on the road once they've warmed up a bit, can feel a bit floppy at the lower end for the first mile.

mine only has the miles to go on reserve, which seems reasonably acurate, filled up with 7 miles left and it took just under 17 litres, so pretty good, also managed 165 miles on that 17 litres! normally the light comes on between 100 and 120 miles (i think it was 127 this time) and shows high...

yep spookily its the dip side suffers most, although main is not exempt, but is more of a PITA to change.

just changed another LED sidelight that's fallen apart, tried a few different ones but thinking of putting the originals back in

you might need to look at the captive nut in the botttom of the fork leg, apparently it can be positioned incorrectly

watch out when you reassemble, I seem to remember it's easy to get in the wrong hole! (it might be the bolt through the bars that holds twist grip on I'm thinking about).
