Would be interesting to send a sample of your used oil away for analysis, and somebody else with similar usage, but using premium brand oil do the same. See if either ones suffered more than the other. Or if there is more metallic partials in one or other.

I watched last weekends race, first F1 race I've watched in nearl;y 20 years! It was great, lots of drama. I'll be setting my alarm to get up to watch it tomorrow (joys of nightshift), see how it pans out. I'm hoping Max gets it.
