    Gen 2 slip-on on a Gen 3?

That's the only photo I can find of mine with the Yoshi, sounds great, even with the cat still on the bike

    Probably not worth repairing.

    Running Rough..again

Only done 4-5k!!!! I've had mine for 3 year, and it only just turned 5k!!! Wish I could use it more than I do. Hopefully it is just the lambda again, but they shouldn't fail that quickly

    Bugatti Chiron 304.773 mph

Ooooft. I'd not be a happy bunny paying 20k for a service, to see the mechanic lying on top of my carbon fiber bodywork

    Dropped My Bike...

That's gutting man. Happens to everyone at some time or another though. Good excuse to upgrade to some shiny rear sets though!!!

    Baselayers

13*c, I'd have all the vents open and ballock naked under the suit!!!

    Baselayers

How well do they work on a cold day? Do they hold off the cold much? I like the idea of the compression stuff, as my leathers are so tight at the moment, after a summer of very little exercise, and lots of cider

    Baselayers

Did you ever get the held base layer? I'm needing to get something to keep me warm on an upcoming trip, and looking at the 3-d warm range. Also looking at the pro skin, as that seems to be one of the more common makes. I need something to keep me warm, but also needs to fit under my leathers...

    S1000RR Gen 4 Delivery Thread

I know how you feel about having to travel miles for a dealer. That was a big part of what made me chose the BMW, as they are only a 2.5 hour ferry journey, and an hour down a nice road to get to for me. Next nearest dealer would be another 2 hours down the road to Perth or Aberdeen. The SP2...

    S1000RR Gen 4 Delivery Thread

You shouldn't let your previous BMW experience put you off another one. Your issue was down to a bad dealer. Go for the BMW, but just avoid the cowboys that ruined your Tyco.

    Hello, Good Evening and Welcome

Welcome along. As Alex says, if you share the add, some of the guys on here have great knowledge of BMW's and might be able to give some pointers. Laverda jota is a bike I've always loved the look of since i was a kid.

August Pic of the Month Competition

It's the A93, from Braemar, down through Glenshee to Perth. Great alternative to avoid the A9 when traveling Inverness to Perth. Turn off the A9, just north of Aviemore, at Carrbridge. Head towards Tomintoul, then Braemar. Great roads...

    Chain lube for track

Interesting video. That's the same muc off that I used at the weekend and made the bike feel smoother. The guys tests must be quite representative of real world, or at least the way he measures the friction. Glad I'm not imagining it feeling better. Shame it is rubbish at preventing corrosion

    Chain lube for track

I can only comment about road use. Been using wurth for a good few years, but ran out last week, and got a tin of muc off. I've said for a long time that wurth is great, based on no grime sticking to it, no fling, and overspray cleans off easily. After putting the muc off on at the weekend, the...
