    have a look at the caliper sliding pins, mine felt ok in that you could move the caliper / piston by hand, but a good clean and regrease sorted it out after all that pads, bleeding and disc run out...

    there is a switched lead on the RH side of the headstock 12v can use either bmw plug or positap into the leads is easier.
