    Re: My Gen 4 Sport

The OEM cable is too short once you install a set of clip-ons. You can get away with it (just) if you keep the oem position but as soon as you start playing with different positions it will cause...

    Re: Gen for car bypass

Can't comment on their quality but I noticed their header doesn't use a crossover pipe on their headers. Where the OEM, Spark. It, Akrapovic and Arrow headers all use a crossover pipe. This helps to...

    Re: BMW WARRANTY-replacement vehicle

You should get a replacement bike for the duration. I've had both my Gen 3 and 4 have warranty work. The gen 3 I had needed recovering and Roadside assist asked if i would require a bike and said...

Re: Well Sorted Gen 3 to Gen 4 M Sport

I think the oil restrictor mod they're obliged to do it first before they offer a new clutch. But in most cases that restrictor doesn't work so it just seems a waste of time haha.

    Ah it's the...

Re: Well Sorted Gen 3 to Gen 4 M Sport

    Good write up buddy.

Regarding the clutch i have a few threads on here that has gone into detail about the Neutral issue. Long and short of it, early bikes 2019 K67 seem to suffer the most with...

    Re: Running wide

I had a similar issue with mine. It is pretty much sorted after the rear was raised slightly and thus shifting more weight to the front. HM wound off some of the rear preload. And the settings for...

Re: Gen 4 Neutral issues - Solution

I believe all MY20 bikes had the new clutch fitted. Early MY19 were the ones that seemed to have the neutral issue which was caused by the lack of oil channels in the clutch plates.

    Re: front brake pads?

I've been using the RST for awhile now. Excellent pad in terms of performance and price. I've yet to experience any fade compared to the RS, OEM and Brembo SC. They've got about 5 days on them and...

Re: ABS delete - How to bleed the brakes

Completely agree and he is not too mechanically minded so he'd want a simple solution. Those Stahlbus look smart, i read up on them before and like they idea. Are they expensive?

Re: ABS delete - How to bleed the brakes

I'll grab a clearer picture tonight when he is back from work. But here's a blurry zoomed in pic. You can just see here the brake lines bolt straight in, no bleed valve on top.

They are stock Gen 3 Brembos, but it's just a brake line...

ABS delete - How to bleed the brakes

A friend of mine has a Gen 3 (2018) and it has had an ABS delete on it.

It was the bike and his first time out on track yesterday. After his 3rd session he was experiencing bad fade. I bled the...

I went for a Spark.it exhaust in the end, they do Ti and SS headers. Really impressed by the quality of the system. Welds are extremely neat and the system is a perfect fit. And it is not too loud...

    Re: Gen 4 SOS button

The harness for the switch for runs under the air tube. There isn’t much room to tie it out the way and it’s close to the lower clamp.

Simply removing the module throws up a dash error.

    Re: Gen 4 SOS button

I pulled SOS button/unit off the other day. While it could make it fit with the Galespeed MC, it limited the clip on position.
