  1. Re: Race 1,2,3 - What suspension settings you running ?

I am 80KG without gear. When i had mine setup the pre-load was wound off both front and rear (Perry at HM racing set it up). If i recall the stock settings on the RR are all set at 7-7-7. Go from...

    Re: How do I achieve?

It can be done and quite straight forward. You could go to someone like Sublime https://www.sublimemotowrap.com/ I wrapped my tank on my first Gen 4, it is quite straight forward and looked good.

    Re: Anyone seen this!!

I thought it was a joke at first...sadly not. I am surprised the 50 anniversary RR didn't get a new air intake, like a really, really big one. To match their 4 wheel siblings.

Isn't the irony of this whole thing coming about due to rich folk in Kensington moaning about rich folk in Kensington blapping about in their super cars?

    Re: Alarm

The Alarm is so damn annoying. Mine came with one and you breathe on it and it goes off. Tracker and ground anchors are a better investment.

Re: Brand new S1000RR M sport

I did the PPF myself, both my Gen 4s. Pretty straight forward, just a bit time consuming. Watch a couple of videos on YT and borrow the gf/wife/partners hair dryer.

    Break is between 400-600...

    Re: Worth waiting until 2023?

Interesting about the Shiftcam being removed. It would make sense as it seems to have caused a lot of headaches for the race teams over the last few years. Wonder if we will see more of a Honda style...

Might be worth posting a pic. I have Alpha Clip ons (For the reasons RyS1000RR mentioned) I don't have an issue with the wires limiting the position of the brake master cylinder (I've an after market...

    Re: Brake lever height

The brake lever hose tends to have all the switch control wires zipped tied to it which restricts the position somewhat. You can cut these off to give you a bit of slack. I just use the OEM rubber...

There is no denying the RST one Piece is great value. My neighbour has just picked up the Pro Series it seems their quality is much better than it was several years ago.

Re: S1000RR Sport 22 - Back in the fold

Congrats and snap, I got mine back in December 2021. The running in is a tad boring!

But I was pleasantly surprised though when the dash lit up and stated it's due for its first service at just...

I pretty much had the same done to my first Gen 4 (2019 bike). I am not sure if Bahnstormer will take you down the route as Oxford BMW, but they first had to try the oil restrictor mod (doesn't...

    Re: My 2020 S1000RR build

The stock switch gear on after market clip ons works fine. They just need to be drilled to accept them.

    Re: Disconnecting SOS button
