    The gen 4 had the engine/gearbox moved slightly over I seem to recall, to balance the bike better.

    Thats not right.

    Maybe they just didn’t notice the key condition? I suppose the service department is unlikely to inspect each key on arrival to ensure it leaves in the same state.

    I hate punctures. I keep a holt’s tyreweld can nearby (cars too). Great stuff. Saved a mate being stuck on the A1 after a rideout once.
