    Re: Gen 4 SOS button

Can you not just unscrew it and hide it in the fairing somewhere? It can be immobilised in the tail.

Re: Long legs, big feet and old age.

Update.... Trackday at Brands Tuesday ( 13th) with new mods fitted, forecast was dry until 1pm then rain. Chucked in the van couple of wets in case I felt brave and a couple of scrubbed slicks....
  9. Re: Lean angles on track - when do you run out of tyre?

I think it's all about comfort levels.... That oh shit time ,then make the turn is then the next comfort level and so on.
  10. Re: Lean angles on track - when do you run out of tyre?

Best tip I ever had on lean angles in a turn.... why crash bottling a turn when you may as well crash trying to make it, it's surprising that 99 times out of a hundred you will get around.

    Re: Triumph speed triple rs

Horses for courses, I'm sure it would be a comfortable road bike and a comfortable track bike but track is not about comfort, it's about fit and speed from a-b.

    Enjoy your steed !

    Re: Protection

Remember when the 1st 50p slot for out of hours fuel came in, made (someone, can't remember) a 50p mould, filled with water and froze it. They couldn't work out why the mechanism kept getting wet lol

Long legs, big feet and old age.

Thought this may be worth a look....

Bought the gen4 off the back of my gen1 and gen3 without test riding, I think maybe if I had, it wouldn't be in my garage now.

Re: Trusted tyre changer with HP wheels

ALWAYS clean your wheels before tyre changes (I even take off the weights and clean). 1, it sits right and 2, fitter will know that a mark will stand out.
Also was told last change that you should...
