blue is where the screw would go and the red is where the two pop in bits are, remove the screw then pull at these areas and it will pop off.

Yes, screw at the top then two pop in bits, one at the bottom and one towards the left side of the cover

I know how much they are it was me that put you on to purchasing them, and even when I had plenty of them spare I?d still remove the exhaust and save them. So unless it?s a way in which you don?t butcher them then really it?s not a good way of removing it with the exhaust in situ.

For the sake of taking literally 2 mins to remove the exhaust I can?t fathom why you?d fart about and sacrifice the expanding screw fitting this way, even if you have plenty spare I?d still try and get the use out of them for as long as possible before having to replace them. Its just being...

I can?t comment on the 3 but the 2 has an adhesive glue of some kind that holds it in place. I wanted to do the same as you and thankfully had one to practise on because I had blootered it on track, decided to leave the good one well alone.

Yeah you can remove them as normal and reuse but they tend to round off because of them being plastic hence why it?s handy having spares.
